When we began looking for a place to retire we did our homework and when we visited Sun City Grand we knew we had found our home. The Borgata model got our attention immediately. The split floor plan is perfect for guests as it gives both our guests and ourselves privacy. The beautiful casita makes a perfect home office, craft room, or an extra bedroom. We enjoyed our morning coffee in the front courtyard and then later in the day sharing a glass of wine or entertaining on the private back patio. Many a nap was taken listening to the hypnotic sounds of the waterfall. The open floorplan is perfect for entertaining, and when the cooler months come, the gas fireplace is always on. We sealed the garage floor and cleanup is now a breeze. There is plenty of storage in the extended garage and the closet organizers in the master worked well for us.
